Maschsee is 10 minutes by car from the spacious 74 m² Oktopus, while Atelier Block 16 is situated nearby. The 1-bedroom apartment is situated around 500 metres from Hannover-Nordstadt train station and close to An der Strangriede bus station.

The prominent Kropcke-Uhr Clock is also nearly a 25-minute walk away.
